Also a huge fan of the immersion blender. Game changer for making flavored mayo.

Also a bug Dutch oven guy. Have circular and oval.

Adding those to the list. My top kitchen items are meater block (wifi thermometer is amazing for all things meat), decent knife and injector for chicken. I use my smoker all the time but my new gas grill is incredibly handy for last minute guests.

After a gadget phase, I’m more of a minimalist these days. Grill not smoker. But pizza oven!

That said, my underrated items:
- Kenji wooden spatula thing
- A lot of Vollrath mixing bowls
- oversized and slightly thinner Tennessee Butcher Block cutting board that’s always out
- Super high temp silicon spatula
