Na ja, bis "Schwarzfahren" als Straftat gilt, muss man schon so einiges machen. Das ist dann auch keine Kleinigkeit mehr. Einmalig ohne Ticket erwischt werden kostet 60 Euro und eine Verwarnung.

Unfug! Für Schwarzfahren, Sachbeschädigung, einfacher Körperverletzung, Diebstahl, Widerstand gegen Vollstreckungsbeamte, (Liste unvollständig) gibt es frühestens nach dem 10. Delikt eine Freiheitsstrafe auf Bewährung. Es ist ein Luftschloss. Nichts dergleichen passiert!

Nein! Vom Schwarzfahren redet niemand. Es geht um Verbrechen im Sinne des StGB. Und den Beamtenstatus verliert man übrigens oder nun einmal erst ab einer Freiheitsstrafe von 1 oder mehr Jahren.

Wenn Schwarzfahren mit Abschiebung bestraft wird, dann ist das keine Verhältnismäßigkeit, sondern Symbolpolitik. Nicht jede Straftat wiegt gleich, und ein Rechtsstaat basiert auf differenzierten Maßnahmen – keine Pauschallösung für komplexe Probleme.
