The biggest headwind to bringing new users onchain is KYC / AML It doesn’t matter if you abstracted the wallet and price everything in USD- if they want to pay you for your product, they have to enter their SSN

Lobbyist are funny because you can legitimately just pay for a protected monopoly if it’s niche enough After 9/11 airports were going to stop selling drinks. A guy who owned a bunch of airport kiosks hired a lobbyist and got a carve out Boss man then sold the company for 90M and rode off into the sunset
