@pip PROP : SOLAR PANEL STREET LIGHT STORY BEHIND THIS PROPOSAL Over the years there hasn't been 24 hours electricity in Nigeria , due to this reason there have been several atrocities in the community , endangering several life's. Then the community took a step by employing private securities but all came to avail due to the low supply of electricity within the area because those private security were using touch light.
