"Runway," a platform + mini app for recurring project specific crowdfunds/subscriptions: "I need $50/month to keep Yoink running for free." Build a widget I can easily add to my own mini app that shows the runway and handles payments: "30 days left until Yoink shuts down. Contribute to keep it running." Even better if this is a single address that can receive contributions from anywhere. I've always wanted something like this for side projects that have some infra costs.

would be really cool if supporters could *directly* pay for infra costs like cloudflare workers ive been experimenting with offerings from both Flux and Akash, which both have native tokens for on-chain rwa πŸ‘Œ

Zach outlined a cool version of this. Am working on a version of it out of need to keep my many mini apps going. https://warpcast.com/zherring/0x2f5427a1

dang that’s a good idea! The only overhead i can foresee with my project atm is the backend server costs and maybe sponsoring gas fees idk 🀷

Such a cool way to let users fund a project! Definitely something every indie dev could use. Simple, effective, and straightforward
