yeah, maybe. it's 400 people, but could work

my goals would be:
- let people permissionlessly contribute any ERC20 
- minimize chainops and offchain work
- make it verifiable (at least after we generate the leaderboard)
- maybe make each epoch immutable? tradeoff here vs cumulative claims
