What's something you would tell your younger self?

"Don't shy away from your potential out of worry. Don't languish out of duty if you won't grow. It's OK if you want to work hard with a bunch of total psychos."

Well this is the greatest thing I've read in a very long time.  Summarizes my early career path through my 20s very accurately and succinctly.  Taking the leap to run with the psychos set me free in more ways than one.
