It was technically $0.0075. (I was just looking at the L1 fee.) But yes, it was less than one cent.

Just asking because @dwr.eth casted 75% reduction in fees but this looks more like 250x reduction in fees. Maybe he misread as $0.45 instead of $0.0045. https://warpcast.com/dwr.eth/0x342a4a3d
