Where can I find a concrete list of supported chains for frames atm?

The main technical requirement is good simulation support. Arbitrum has that. We took the launch safe and slow, but I think it’s probably possible to open up support for a bunch of chains.

is there a plan to support arbitrum or a policy for how new chains get supported?

OMG yes please do that. I've been stuck on why my transaction frame is failing on Ethereum Sepolia.
