this is the classic Merkle distributor that started it all! but it only does one token at a time. ideally we want one that supports multiple tokens.

defi projects that distribute token incentives/rewards often use similar multi token Merkle distributor contracts that more or less evolved from this one.

I don't know of any that do multiple tokens. 1inch's has some code for tracking cumulative balances though. That might be a good start.

@angleprotocol has a similar product I think

depends on your implementation and what data you want to encode I think. you can encode address + amount into a merkle leaf and generate proofs + verify using the openzeppelin js/sol libraries as long as your leaves are sorted
