You can enjoy Michelin Meal in Tokyo for as cheap as 600-2000¥ which is roughly $4-$15. Next time in Tokyo give it a try: My favorite one is the gyoza place called Okei in Iidabashi station https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/restaurants/best-cheap-michelin-star-restaurant-meals-in-tokyo

I went in 2019 before it was in the guide, with a local friend. But yeah, I think we got there right when it opened.
