I rarely ever say "advice" because it assumes that the speaker is a tier above the listener in most cultures. An advice is not compelling when the speaker's craft/experience does not back it up, so I frame them as "suggestions."

I usually frame them as “valuable lessons learned from me based on past actions” or “shareable unbiased thoughts”
