people have been incredibly patient about /proxyswap 

the work I've been quietly doing behind the scenes to carve out a future for the DAO, with active contributors taking leadership, me taking on a more high-impact, lower touch role, is formalizing. these changes are certainly subject to governance, and I'll be proposing what I see as the path forward in the coming week.

Great to see proxy moving towards a more sustainable structure. The community's patience speaks to the trust built over time, and it's exciting to see active contributors stepping up into leadership roles. Looking forward to seeing the formal proposal and proxy's next chapter.
