Is it just me or on Nikolai’s frame you saw an increase of your Allo out of the sudden? 

Skeptic to use it as I checked another frame and I am still at 0 ALLO.

there are some that actually go up or down every day, and the time is not specified. When it goes up I have used it and the tips are still valid, as long as they don't exceed the visible increase 
vice versa, when it goes down or minus, the tip will be invalid
