Wenn er 1000 "im Jahr" gesagt hat, ist das sicher zu wenig. Aber in der Gesetzgebung wird eh nix so heiß gegessen, wie es gekocht wird. Wenn überhaupt eine Mehrheit zustande kommt, die das will, dann wird der Freibetrag sicher weit höher liegen.
