Is there a way to provide economic incentives to undo the self-censorship of factual language in most social media? “Unalived” is such a grotesque term. How are we supposed to confront reality if we can’t even call a spade a spade?

Well an agency can always choose not to enforce certain rules on the books. The rules haven’t changed. That’s a lot easier than choosing to write new rules when new laws haven’t been passed.

Well every action would need to be justified. A big part of the last admin's position was simply saying that no new rules were needed at all. But once rules are in place, you can't arbitrarily change them without going through a whole song and dance. Easiest way to change it would be new legislation.
