we've increased the gas target on @base to 5 mgas/s fees are declining quickly and expect them to stabilize lower — though there may be increased demand! our long term goal is to achieve 1 Ggas/s (400x!) and we'll be sharing more on our path in the weeks ahead

Would love to get a peek behind the scenes as to how gas targets are decided on and set. Is there a methodical process or is it still more of an art form right now?
