Why is a blue tick given? Everyone, even newcomers, is given a blue tick. What is the purpose of this? Even though I was one of the first users and still shared, why didn't I and a few others get it? Why is it unfair? Can someone explain this? Is there anyone authorized to comment below? I'm very curious and waiting.

I believe it's all about connections in your community...
They select some persons in different community based on recommendation or something

Been here quite loon too and haven't gotten the tick
