Is it still a rollup if it uses EigenDA for data availability? (As it's a third party DA service but still kinda secured by ETH)

Part of what makes a rollup a rollup is we can exit unilaterally if we have to. How strong of assurances do we have EigenDA won't go down? By the way, I'm pretty sure nothing called a rollup is truly a rollup by the strictest definition.
