True joy comes from delving fully into something, which is the opposite of what the web offers. Don't focus on instant gratification. Whether you're creating art, taking photographs, or writing a book, you must dedicate a significant amount of time to the process. Those who do will enjoy the process and receive late gratification.

It’s tough tho nowadays cause everything is instant. Want feed Uber eats 20 mins later foods ready. We are hooked on convenience and instant gratification but it’s very damaging and short lasting.
