Does anybody here build their own soil? If so, do you have a super minimal guide for someone who does not want to go deep in the rabbit hole. Just wants an easy recipe with no real gear needed? šŸ™ƒ

Depends on what you have readily available. If you have access to lot of fall leaves, just keep piling them, and you'll get great soil in 4-6 months

Nice! I do have a lot, and I also have an area where I could pile them. Basically just shove them in one place in the fall, let spring come, and 4 months after thaw Iā€™m good to go? I like this it sounds like easy mode. Eventually Iā€™d like to go full small scale regenerative

Yes. 4 months at the least. Depending on environmental factors. Keep it moist (and warm if possible), aids in decomposition.
