Excited to announce the Paris Opéra launches Coddess Variations —a fusion of « code » and « Goddess. » Based on an original idea by Hermine Bourdin, this new phygital art collection is created by four female artists inspired by the figure of a Paleolithic goddess brought to life through dance. It is the result of a collaboration between the Paris Opéra—including Paris Opéra Ballet dancer Eugénie Drion—sculptor Hermine Bourdin, and American choreographer Ania Catherine, utilizing the generative choreography method of the American artist duo Operator (Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti), which makes choreography collectable. Hervé Martin Delpierre, known for his film « Daft Punk Unchained, » will direct the visual representation of the « phygital » collection, which comprises sculptures and digital works.
