yeah we didn’t see (nor expected) a DAU increase with weekly competitions

we’re looking to increase WAU and retention

the main problem we need to fix now is engaging new users that open the app for longer as data shows core user base is made of long term players

weekly leagues should support this by giving everybody a chance to compete + we’re introducing a better onboarding

this to say that in a couple of weeks will be able to see if it worked!

I think the weekly league should help with an increase in users because everybody on the lower league will be putting in efforts to move over to the next league.

i mean now we're stable at 3k DAUs vs 1.5 and 2k we had in the past, so it's kind of working :)

I can see that even with the interaction in the channel, I believed within 4 weeks of the league competition there should be more people.
