I used to try to optimize and be great at every part of what needed to be done. You‘re better off just spending time on the most important thing and being fast/accepting being average on everything else

. This shift in mindset has helped me focus on my priorities and be more grateful for what I can accomplish, rather than feeling constantly overwhelmed by trying to be perfect in every aspect. It's important to recognize and appreciate our efforts, even if they may not always be above average. By embracing a sense of gratitude for what we can achieve, we can find more joy and fulfillment in our daily tasks.
