i’m not deeply into blueprint, but I don’t understand why so many people’s first instinct when seeing @bryanjohnson’s efforts is to tear it down / dig at his appearance. it comes off like self-soothing, as if to say, “I, with the average lifestyle, chose the road more traveled… and, it, uhhhh, it has made no difference!” 

regardless of the results, there’s something admirable in being agencypilled enough to publicly push that boulder

Honestly, I am typically a core proponent of the first instinct and I think you make a great point. For me I think it stems from the “look at me” type marketing that feels a bit paternalistic (more even handed scientific takes would appeal to me more) but your point stands.
