Wow this was an insightful read to say the least. Resonated a lot with the philosophy on my teams I’m very glad to say - it’s important to reign in focus until you have your core selling point/user base clearly defined. 

This part gave me a good chuckle:

In all seriousness though, I find people who were in that headspace and then got kicked out of it are now some of the most humble, intelligent, and flexible people I know.
