When someone casts in a channel for the first time, they should be shown the channel norms before postingthat cast I’ve been correcting a lot of folks in replies/dcs that they aren’t following norms and they apologize saying they didn’t know there were any (not easily discoverable unless pinned 24/7)

A good example of what this could look like is how they're experimenting with charging for posts in /frames. Message is front and centre and you can't proceed unless you acknowledge (or in /frames case, pay)

i was prompted to read and agree to the norms for /memes channel the other day and i’d already posted in there a bunch. def thought it was a cool thing to prompt users that aren’t new to read them once again, incase they were updated.
