$170 US extra for this on a $200 flight

my parents just booked a flight also where they would have to pay $200pp extra if they wanted their pair of tickets to be together on a flight and not split up…

I had no idea it was so bad they’re charging the same price as the flight for these “perks” - last I remember it was like a $30-40 difference not $170!

I guess that’s the only way they can keep air travel accessible to most and also barely stay afloat eh
