my last tattoo i got in brazil and it was $80 USD and covered almost my entire inner forearm

i'm about to get my next one here in montreal (~18 months later) that's around the same size and it'll be $500 USD 🫠 

great example of how wildly different the cost of labour can be in different areas of the world for the same level of talent in the same service

i get the indecision - i feel like you have to be in the right mindset to get a tattoo and then the idea will just come to you at the right time
