has physical therapy helped with joint stability for you?

woah that’s wild you had a long history of joint issues and still didn’t get diagnosed! huge issue with how fractured patient records are…

that’s great to hear the pt helped though, i haven’t been diagnosed with EDS yet but i pass every single requirement i can test at home and a lot of past health issues and family medical history makes sense now so this gives me hope ☺️

I was late diagnosed after decades of random breakages and difficulties. he was the first and only one to mention it in relation to my neurodivergence. 

the specific areas I worked with my therapist I did have some improvements in! it was very slow going. I’d honestly like to get back to it.
