Working on a secure off-chain computation protocol called Phala Network. We are a parachain on Polkadot & leverage Intel SGX to run the contracts pallet inside TEEs in the secure off-chain workers. Now you can interface with the internet and interop with EVM & substrate based chains. We call them Phat Contracts
