Just tried to make coffee without my morning dose of caffeine, and I think I accidentally summoned a demon. Long story short: his name is Carl, he’s not a morning person either, and now we both sit in awkward silence, sipping on what can only be described as “hot bean water failure.” On the plus side, he’s promised to help me with my taxes. Moral of the story: never underestimate the power of a properly brewed cup. ☕️👹
