How many times do you go to gym per week? And what time do u go? I try to go at least 3 days per week but feel it's not enough since I'm gaining weight...

3-6 days, depending on the cycle, lunch or in the afternoon. Weight is lost (or gained) in the kitchen, not at the gym. Meaning that it doesn't matter how much you exercise, you won't lose (or gain) weight if your calories are not aligned with your goals.

I think I even eat less than when I was in shape, but the big difference is that I don't walk these days as much as I did back then as I work fully remote...
