今天BNB终于一杆子拉盘了，一直在逢低定投BNB总觉得要憋个大的，最近不少传闻说是贝莱德要收购币安，我个人觉得收购的可能性微乎其微，贝莱德目前市值1500亿美金，币安整个股权体系的估值包含BNB后应该在1500到2000亿美金，比贝莱德略高一些，所以贝莱德也几乎不可能蛇吞大象，给贝莱德卖一些股份的可能性倒是存在的，而且也很合理，或者换个词叫“政治献金”，站到双方需求的角度，从CZ缴纳巨额罚款和解出狱后，台面上的根本性矛盾已经解决了，但保不齐以后还会不会出幺蛾子，并且CZ的股权太集中了目前应该依然超过90%，币安也是有需求通过一些更长期的利益绑定来长治久安的，就像是当年支付宝引入国资委一样。
