So, some roasting is about to happen here... Although, technically these chebureki are going to be deep-fried. But when the entire family is working together, you can't avoid some friendly roasting. Chebureki is a popular Eastern European and Central Asian street food, traditionally made by filling a thin, unleavened dough with minced meat, onions, and spices. They are somewhat close to empanadas, but the dough is much thinner.
