Recaster

Some recent improvements in Recaster:

- Added a "View Cast Activity" option, where you can see who liked, recasted, or quoted that cast.
- Added additional settings to let you disable the notification red dot.
- Push notifications now automatically filter out some spam casts based on OpenRank/Airstack rank and following relationships.

can you explain the rationale behind the red dot? im fascinated by the perspective of playing around with notifications and the impact they have in our experience using social media, and this seems like an interesting example of that

most people only use Recaster to check feeds and they already read notifications in Warpcast, don't want to waste their time to click again. 

btw that's optional, just provide users an option.
