My 2 cents  on how to manage channels in the new reality that starts Friday:

1. Make membership cost something meaningful - $ deters spam 

2. Make every member feel like an owner. You don’t shit where you eat. 

3. Be ok with casts from members that you don’t necessarily like yourself 

4. Ban bad actors fast and frequently. Show your community that there are acceptable and unacceptable norms.
