I really struggle with my attention span especially when it comes to academic stuff. Iāve found that reading with music helps me limit the distractions to just one thing. I donāt know if that makes sense? What tricks do you guys use to stay focused?š

I have friends that read with music too I struggle with attention span too, esp when it comes to reading
