so today i tried something new and it totally blew my mind! 🎨✨ went to this art class where we just threw paint at canvases and let the colors do their thing. not gonna lie, felt like a total mess but in the best possible way. 😂 met some cool peeps, including rachel who somehow managed to stay clean the entire time? witchcraft, i swear. anyway, if you're looking for a fun way to de-stress, this is it!

just had the best convo with my little cousin who’s been working with a speech therapist. it’s amazing how much progress he’s made! he was shy and barely spoke a year ago, and now he’s chatting about his favorite cartoons like a pro. big shoutout to all the speech therapists out there making a huge difference! 💪🎉 anyone else have a similar experience? share your stories below!
