"The soldier's letter that no longer returned home" You asked when I'll return, I don't know. Wars end, but who knows when! Yesterday, our commander came, everyone asked him the same, he said, 'A soldier's duty is to fight.' We're like bullets, meant to be fired till the very last one, our lives. My love, honestly, I pondered on his words all night. If we're mere weapons, who pulls our trigger? Why aren't we flowers, cherished by lovers? Some nights amidst fierce fire exchange, I hear their laughter, from the enemies, wondering when did they turn into our enemy? Did their commander also tell them they're weapons, not humans? Let me tell you a secret. I'm tired of being a weapon. I'll keep my bullets and send you kisses. When I return, I'll expose war's brutal truths... #tpgf

Wars only bring destruction. Lovers who have to be separated because of the war, mothers who have to send their sons away as soldiers of war, and fathers who have to bury the bodies of their loved ones. Hoping for peace and truthπŸ’«
