From a young age, growing up in an atheistic country, I found myself drawn to understanding the mechanisms and tools that help people navigate life’s most difficult moments. Through years of observation, one truth has remained constant: strength and hope often emerge through faith, even if faith takes many forms.
For some, it lies in belonging to a belief system; for others, it is found in the profound connection of intimate relationships and love. And for many, it arises from the quiet discovery of the divine presence within—a steadfast inner certainty, a core that simply knows:
