New feature for Warpcast notifications

- Replies from people you don't follow will be grouped into single aggregated notification, similar how we do follows

- People you follow will appear as a normal reply in your notifications feed; Warpcast plans to add more good users (based on engagement) here

I would appreciate any feedback on this feature either via casts (public) or sending me a direct cast (private).

Goal is to balance signal-to-noise ratio and making sure discovery can still happen.

tbh as im getting more of these im kind of finding it annoying

it makes sense on viral casts, like my frame that went semi-viral earlier

but on regular casts I expect to find new people - that's why im here - and its annoying to have to click on each notification to see what they wrote
