Very few gaming companies care enough about their devs to worry about this. I think in a broader context very few companies care about this at all.

Valve and Rockstar will keep killing it imo. Many other AAA fall short of expectations and indie devs have produced some of the best non-AAA titles as of late anyway

Yep. I can understand the productivity gains game dev companies are looking for with AI, but I also understand the need to maintain creative freedom independent of AI
