How much of what we think of as ‘intelligence’ is simply perfect recall?

I think a lot of what we think of as intelligence is ability to recall. Of course, the ability to induce and deduce should increase with better recall of facts. But the inability to apply logic to facts would seem to reduce what we perceive as intelligence.
