Everyone. Loves. Shakshuka. I am absolutely sure of this because I experimented with a little beta for a new product I’m working on and when asked to fork (remix) a tomato sauce recipe, shakshuka was clearly the most popular.

ya can definitely understand that - plus, it's got a bunch of overlaps with dishes like egg curries and huevos divorciados, so if you have those flavor profiles registered then I feel like it's sort of a canvas you can use to mess around with
