The claims page/tool should automatically check both your main wallet that you connect with, as well as the embedded wallet you likely made inside the Zora app, but wise to double check. 

(In my case, the airdrop size was ~6X for my embedded wallet vs my main wallet) 

To send $ZORA from your embedded wallet to your main wallet, go into the Zora app -> wallet -> Send (newly updated to support sending $ZORA to an external address)
