https://synthetictraffic.com/ tools like this make me wonder how quickly we'll get synthetic user testers.

I actually don't see a problem with it if you're trying to test load, performance, and system-wide stability.

But my question is this: "Will a synthetic user behave how an actual user will behave?"

I’d say AI based research is better than no research. The results you get might hint really good ideas, just use a critical thinking, take them with a grain of salt
