It feels bad, I get it.
In these moments, I try to relax and calm my mind.
As Rumi, one of the greatest poets and philosophers, said:
"Every moment I surrender in the workshop of fate,  calmer than a gazelle, braver than a lion I am.
Every moment I strive, trying to plan my work,  suffering follows suffering, chain after chain."

Solid advice. Fortunately/unfortunately this isn't the first time it's happened, and I've learned to roll with the punches.

" You can't stand against the flow, you gotta go with it."
That's a good strategy you've got.
