the reason I liked farcaster so much when I joined was I was able to meet and get to know a new group of people that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to know. 

today its just not the same, there's not a lot of new content that I look at and go "woah", lately x has been doing for me

biggest need IMO is to bring more of this to the network, especially since distribution is so much better on x.

a lot of it boils down to giving net new users a reason to try it out, using crypto in a positive sum way is one direction, warpcast rewards is a great example of this.  

I'd argue it would be good to go further, one way off the top of my head could be using some/all of the $2.8 million ETH in the storage registry for developer/creator incentives -> which creates new experiences -> which creates new content

most top non warpcast apps will be bootstrapped, imo if there was some format of warpcast rewards for net new people building it would benefit builders a lot

most either are part time or need to raise money - the former leads to less stuff being done and the latter leads to higher expectations

its very hard to justify making something vs warpcast but if incentives align (which they can), it would help the ecosystem a lot

i think not giving grants when farcaster started made sense, because anyone joining early now has like 20k+ followers (at the minimum), but any net new people don't have that reason now

If the startup is only targeting Farcaster, then no. 

But if they are expanding, then yes.
