a high-bar indeed. its one thing to be an ego-free team player (also good), its a whole different thing to have team members who are self-aware of strengths, weaknesses, sensitivities, bad habits, good habits etc…

Right, my instinct is that self-awareness on an individual and team level is iterative and not absolute In other words, as team dynamics change, new weaknesses, strengths, sensitivities & habits will inevitably surface Individuals & teams must be able to thrive in chaos, or, at a minimum, return to form
